• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Free returns for defective items
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (except for defective items)
Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Personalized items cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
Some of our extra-special plush pals can’t be returned:
- Giant Stuffed Animals (due to specialized shipping requirements)
- HOT SALE clearance items (as marked on product pages)
- Any item without original packaging or tags
How to Return Your Plushie
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

I would like to return the following item from my order #12345:
• 1x Dinosaur Plush (Blue) – Size Large
Reason for return: Wrong color received
I would prefer: [ ] Refund [X] Exchange for Red version

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved, carefully repackage your plushie in its original packaging. Include:
- Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Original packing slip or invoice copy
- All original tags and accessories
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different plushie pal? We’re happy to exchange!
- Exchanges subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new item
Damaged or Defective Items
Oh no! If your Squishmallow arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
