Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your plush pals ready for their journey to you:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Flat rate: $12.95 for all orders
- Best for customers who want faster delivery
Free Shipping (via EMS):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Available for orders of $50 or more
- Great for budget-conscious shoppers who don’t mind waiting a bit longer
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Squishmallows! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:
Return Basics
- 15-day return window from the delivery date
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
Some of our extra-special plush pals can’t be returned:
- Giant Stuffed Animals (due to specialized shipping requirements)
- HOT SALE clearance items (as marked on product pages)
- Personalized or custom items
- Items without original packaging or tags
How to Return Your Plushie
Step 1: Request Authorization

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Item
Once approved, carefully repackage your plushie:
- Use the original packaging if possible
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Include the original packing slip or invoice copy
- Make sure all original tags and accessories are included

Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
